Development service

The Realtor Relationship & Community Platform is currently a development service, not a production real estate platform. Features may change, become unavailable, or contain incomplete information. Access to the private application is limited to invited accounts.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful development and evaluation. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the Service to infringe another person’s rights. Keep the Google account used to sign in secure and notify the operator if access may be compromised.

Content and AI output

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to use it. Do not submit confidential client records, financial account information, government identifiers, or other information that is not appropriate for this development environment. Assistant replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, appraisal, fair housing, brokerage, or other professional advice. Do not make a real estate or client decision solely from an assistant reply.

Availability and responsibility

The development Service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, RRCP Development is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on development features, third-party services, or assistant output.

Access changes

Access may be suspended or revoked to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or conclude development testing. These terms may be updated as the product and its operating entity are finalized.
